Directions
Always begin use with one to two REDLINE® capsules daily to assess tolerance! Never exceed more than six total capsules daily or more than three caps in a four hour period. As a dietary supplement take three capsules before morning cardiovascular and/or resistance exercise. To avoid muscle catabolism (breakdown) during a workout, always ingest some type of high grade protein, such as, ZERO CARB® PROTEIN or MICELLEAN™ BIOACTIVE SUPERFOOD™ prior to training.
