VPX ThinFat® Directions

Recommended Use: ThinFat can be used on salads or drizzled over your favorite food. It can also be mixed into protein shakes, smoothies or just dispensed directly from a spoon into your mouth and swallowed. Use one half (1/2) to one (1) full tablespoon of ThinFat several times per day. Spices and/or lemon juice can be added to ThinFat to create delicious salad dressings. Refrigeration may extend the shelf-life and freshness.
