Great Natural Source of Calcium!, February 8, 2009

"Although this product tastes like lake water, it's definitely a minor trade-off for the incredible array of nutrients you get. One serving is an amazing 624 mg of calcium!
You also get lots of B Vitamin coverage, including a whopping 7,750% rda of B12. There are respectable amounts of many other vitamins and minerals also.
If you want an alternative to all the green powders made with sea vegetables (spirulina, etc), this is it!
It tastes better if mixed with V-8 juice. Or, a little spearmint flavored liquid chlorophyll will do the trick also."
