"Bought this for increased stamina/endurance prior to doing any in depth research only to find that, while it give a nice pump while lifting, that's all it does. Completely esoteric supplement but, as with most supps from Vitacost, it seems to be of high quality."

"The powder tastes terrible and it ruins the taste of any juice or milk. It's better to just mix it with water and hold your nose while you gulp it down.
I would not recommend this product nor will I buy it again."
