"We take this product for cognitive/heart support and antioxidant supplementation. Been using for 30 days and do notice a difference with how sharp my thinking is on a daily basis, kind of amazing. They do need to upgrade the Alpha Lipoic to R-Lipoic for better assimilation - hence reason for 4 stars but otherwise an excellent product. Capsules digest well for their size."
