"Started taking vitamin B Complex (always take 100 mg B Complex) primarily because I ran a lot in the 7o's and I had read it was good for energy. Also to it to promote my health as when I got back from Viet Nam in 71 (did two combat tours) my health went down the toilet. Sooooo, I thought if I want to reach the age of 30 I was going to have to be a health nut with supplements, exercise, and inproved food intake. The essential reasons for taking the B-complex now for energy, mental accuity and health."
