"these capsules are much smaller than the other brand that i have been using. i compared the ingredient lists and noticed that the vitacost brand has less "stuff". cool with me! great price and a large amount of product. won't have to order this for a while :)"

"My fingernails are getting stronger than what they used to be. My nails would split in the middle and break easily. It still happens, but not as often... more on the rare side whereas before Biotin, it was happening all of the time. I also use a strengthening nail polish just for some added assurance."
