"We actually used this as a supplement for our 9 year old dog, Molly. We had rescued her from a shelter and after her vet exam, were told her calcium levels were low. We started adding one capsule per day to her diet; at her follow up exam about 3 months later, her calcium levels were good."

"Taking these and hydrating has helped eliminate night leg cramps after exercise. V8 is also useful for more complete protection because it provides needed salt. (Again for older folks who exercise strenuously and often.)"
