"The product seems fresh (smells fresh), so that's what I'm rating. I'm not entirely convinced of its benefits, but I doubt it hurts...it's just cinnamon."

"These cinammon capsules are very powerful and caused me to have indigestion. (however it's still better than burping up fish oil!) i'll finish the bottle but will try something else next time."
