in just one week notice the difference!
in two weeks I felt better!
and it took about five weeks using it and my energy is much better.
to get up at 5:30 in the morning to go to work, sleeping 7 to 7 1 / 2 hours I got up a little tired and lack of encouragement, but no longer, and everything has been using this awesome product!

"Two things make this perhaps THE BEST iron supplement you can buy.

1) FerroChel Iron.
FerroChel (from Albion Minerals) is the safest, gentlest and likely the most effective supplement form of iron available. The 45 mg. dosage is also the highest I've ever seen for a single capsule.
