"This is a good product with an excellent quality.

There is no oil and it contains all tocopherols.

That would be better with some tocotrienols, but this complex is one of the best on the market."

"I recently (about 8 months ago) began taking Vitamin E again ~ specifically, this brand/type. I had stopped for a year or so. Big mistake! I believe that this particular Vitamin Tocopherol Complex is effective (in conjunction with other vitamins) in boosting overall wellness. I will continue to take this!"

"This product seems to be of reasonable quality and efficacy, although I don't necessarily feel different for having taken it. My big complaint is that the shape of this softgel is difficult to swallow. I take some pretty good sized supplements and have no trouble with them, but this one is actually painful to swallow and often gets stuck at the back of my throat. I won't be buying it again because of that."
