"I've taken other brands of alpha-galactosidase. Those other brands were too rich for my wallet. Then I tried these. This Vitacost brand is WAY CHEAPER than the, um, "store-bought stuff." But the advantage is: THERE'S MORE FOR THE MONEY. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I just might take another reviewer's suggestion and take three instead. I really ought to take it after EVERY meal, not just beans."

"These work well for the intended purpose of reducing gassiness and bloating after eating bean-based foods. Not only that but they actually have quite a pleasant taste which makes them very easy to take. And Vita-cost as usual has about the best prices around. Highly recommended. One word to the wise: these will be much more effective if you take them BEFORE eating the food in question. Maybe fifteen minutes before, but certainly no later than the first bite. I also generally take three at a time which seems to be the most effective dose for me."
