What is NADH?
NADH stands for nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD), plus hydrogen (H). It is a naturally occurring coenzyme formed by vitamin B3 and is found in all living cells. Vitacost NADH (Sublingual) Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet daily, or as directed by a physician. Place under tongue until fully dissolved (1 to 4 minutes). For maximum effectiveness, do not chew tablets. Limit swallowing while under tongue. Allow tablet to completely dissolve.
