"This supplement delivers the complete omega oil blend our bodies need without fish oil or any heavy metals with it (although to me these softgels still smell like fish! Weird as it is...)
The softgels are very large though. But surprisingly easy to swallow.

"I chose this product because it had no fish oil in it but had the Omega 3-6-9, which I need. I am a vegetarian and love the option of keeping animal oil out of my body. Have taken this product with and without food without any discomfort. Noticed a little burping when taken without food. Will find out how effect it is when I get my cholesterol check next."
