"The formula has everything in it recommended by the experts. Zinc, selenium, beta sitosterol, and saw palmetto. The only problem is the saw palmetto strength is standardized to 45% free fatty acids instead of the 85 - 90% free fatty acids recommended by my doctor. I wish it were stronger. Some rye pollen would be a nice addition also."
