"Silences the hunger signals entirely--and for hours. I also use Designer Whey protein to keep my protein levels up while dieting. I also take one capsule of this before bedtime so I'm not bothered by hunger while trying to fall asleep, and somehow, I seem to sleep better and more peacefully with this in my system."

"Let me start by saying I do not need to lose weight; I have 13% body fat and a bmi of 19. I also have a high metabolism which causes me to be continuously hungry. I bought this product hoping it would help control hunger between meals and it did no such thing. In fact, I think the hunger pains were more intense after taking this product. Plus, it can be difficult at times to take it a half hour before you eat, if you don't know exactly when you're going to eat. This product did not work at all for me. I returned it for a refund. I do appreciate Vitacost's guarantee."
