". . . you must also be careful to keep yourself hydrated, because it also tends to suppress thirst. I recommend measuring your daily fluid intake before starting on this product, and then make sure you maintain that level after you start. If you exercise vigorously, then even more fluid would be indicated."

"I'm a huge fan of hoodia and when I spotted the great price of the NSI brand I purchased two bottles.

What a mistake.

This product is very weak compared to other brands. I normally use Source Naturals which isn't cheap, but is very effective. The NSI brand barely cuts my hunger with two capsules. One capsule of Source Natural is plenty to take care of my hunger.

Save your money and but a good brand. I've had similar results with NSI products."
