"It takes forever for this to dissolve under the tongue compared to other similar products. It absorbs moisture and I can't pack it with other supplements if I prepare for a weekend away from home because it melts into them and makes a mess. I cannot say whether it helps for it's intended purpose or not."

"This B12 tastes like a chemical and leaves an unpleasant after taste. They are shaped like a pellet that does not feel good under my tongue. I really liked the price but I like my old brand better for taste and shape."

"I used this product when brand name was NSI and made withthe concentrate cyanocobalamin, which I found was an unhealthy form of vit. B12.
Not sure if the other ingredients changed with the form or the brand name, but these chewable 'dots' taste horrible. I can't take them unless I swollow whole and I'm not sure if that hinders the effectiveness, so I don't take them."

"The person that says the tablet won't dissolve doesn't know what they are talking about. It takes about 5-10 minutes and is more cost effective. Great product!"
