spend a little more for the capsules The product is overall pretty good, but the quality control on these tablets is horrible. I've purchased this product several times and have been dissapointed with the way the tablets break and crumble. I now stick with the capsule version of this product. Used to have beta carotene The older version of this (or another very similar NSI two-a-day) had the vitamin A content as beta carotene instead of retinyl palmitate. I'm disappointed that that version is not available anymore. I wish they would replace the retinyl palmitate with beta carotene. I would still buy it even if the price were greater because otherwise the contents are fabulous. For now I am trying to find a different supplement that doesn't use retinyl palmitate or other dicey versions of nutrients. November 23, 2011

Very Effective This product is wonderful. I had a couple of low counts vitamin levels for years, and my doctor reccommended this product an within six months my levels were all normal, and still strong. February 20, 2010

Recommended by my doctor These vitamins were recommended by my doctor at the VA hospital because of the excellent nutrients and vitamins they contain......especially the 200mg of CO Q10.
