"Except for the amount needed to be taken, (6 per day) the quality of each ingredient is exceptional. I eat healthily, I believe I am receiving good amounts in my diet, so,I tend to take 3 before bedtime, after a small snack. B-vitamins can encourage appetite. If your going to be asleep, it won't make this occur."
