"I switched from a one a day whole food vitamin and other supplement separately thinking I would save some money by consolidating. I'm not sure what is up with these, but I have a lot less energy after starting these.
The only reason I would recommend these to a friend is that I trust NSI to put in what they say. All combos don't work for everyone. We are all different and have different needs.
I think a person who has not been doing excessive supplementation or is new to taking vitamins, would do very well on these though."
