Vitacost Synergy Ultra® Multi-Vitamin Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 2 packets daily with food, including fat, preferably a healthy fat such as extra-virgin olive oil to improve absorption of fat-soluble nutrients, or as directed by a physician. Each serving (2 packets) contains: 18 multi-vitamin capsules; 2 Mega EFA® softgels; and 2 ToCoQ10® softgels.
