"This is always one of my go to supplements when I slack of in to a period of in action. With a fairly clean diet (6 days quality, 1 cheat day a week) and a week full of good workouts, this product is a gut buster."

"A tremendous savings over the others. I cut the capsules open and compared it with Iron Teck and Iron Teck seemed to have a thicker capsule. I wonder if that means it takes longer to break down. I was happier knowing the Vitacost one was thinner and has potential to digest quicker. It doesn't take the place of a healthy diet and exercise so don't count on Tonalin for weight loss."
