"I have been taking turmeric for about 30 days and I do believe that it helps to lower my glucose levels. Recent medical studies show that turmeric is a powerful anti-oxidant and it is best absorbed by taking capsules opposed to using it as a spice in recipes if you are taking it for medicinal purposes. NSI Trumeric is also a great price and I will purchase it again."

"Yup, this stuff is like ibuprofen except that it doesn't irritate the stomach lining. Nice huh?! Turmeric is awesome stuff and I like the fresh root the best of course but when i can't find it fresh I will use this stuff. It seems to be nearly as effective. Another bonus is that I can get my wife to use it whereas she will not have anything to do with the turmeric root...."
