"I HATE swallowing pills, esp. large pills. Though large, these are not too bad to get down, as they are softgels. I also like that it's only two a day for the dosage."

"This is a thick coated calcium capsule that is quite large to swallow. I read in a reputable source that the best calcium our body absorbs with calcium carbonate which you can get in Tums, except it doesn't have vitamin D. I would not buy this calcium capsule again because it is not the best for absorption. I'd go for something as close as 100% calcium carbonate with vit D in the future."

"I've dreaded taking calcium as the pills are usually large and you have to take several a day, so I was nervous about this product. But I've been pleasantly surprised and impressed. It only takes 2 a day, and the softgels are a great help. I'm very happy with this product. THANKS!!"
