"A great bargain whole food shake! Been using it for some time now. We like making smoothies with it. A great replacement for slimfast or other diet shakes in my opinion....it's cheaper and healthier! Doesn't taste that great with water, but with soy milk and a banana, it's terrific!"

"I can't say this product is great tasting because it is not. I thought vanilla flavored..I mixed it in water and OMG it does NOT taste like vanilla. It definitely needs to be added to something for flavor. The ingredients are great, but if you don't like the taste it will be hard to get those "good" ingredients in. Don't think I will reorder....."

"I have been using this product on and off for a couple of years. Every time I start taking it again I am reminded as to how much energy it gives me. I love that it has all the vitamins and minerals but also the digestive enzymes that you don't normally get from a multivitamin. I always use it as a meal replacement (breakfast) mixed with Light Chocolate Soy Milk. It very much disguises any of the funky taste. Love it!!"
