"I have tried a lot of diet shakes and by far this is the Best Vanilla Shake Ever! I had to get use to the thickness so I have adjusted using only 1 heavy scoop with extra water and ice. Super! Low carbohydrate is the way to go. These shakes will not your trigger blood sugar if used as directed. I love the fact that they contain high protein, vitamins, and fiber. Healthy!"

"This is the BEST meal replacement drink I have ever bought. I don't normally review products but this one deserves it. Great value and taste. Most replacement drinks leave me craving something more within an hour or 2 but this one keeps me sated until my next meal. Chocolate, vanilla and cappuccino are my favorite flavors. Strawberry tastes a bit like nesquick but still good."
