"In January I decided it's time to start losing weight to avert adult onset diabetes that runs in my family. I wanted an easy and enjoyable way to cut way back on my calories and wanted a shake that I could stick with every morning for breakfast, and for two weeks, for lunch also. I have no idea what this shake would be like with just water and crushed ice, but I use frozen mango chunks and now I can't imagine my morning without this shake. I usually have it for lunch as well at least two or three times a week. I got one of those little mini electric mixers from fit and fresh to keep at the office. I feel like I'm getting really good nutrition and I am enjoying it. The chocolate isn't as good-the vanila is nice because you can add whatever flavored fruit you want to it."

"Of all the diet shakes I have tried over the years, Walker Diet has the best taste and best texture of any I have tried. It is not chalky or grainy, and mixed in the blender with ice cubes and low cal fruit the taste is quite pleasant. Most importantly, I have it for breakfast and am not hungry until lunch 4 hours or more later. Helps me maintain my weight loss."
