Weider Creatine Capsules Directions
Take seven (7) capsules with one to two (1-2) cups (8-16 fl oz) of any high-glycemic (high sugar), low acid juice or beverage (grape juice, apple juice, etc). Avoid mixing creatine monohydrate with hot beverages, acidic beverages (orange juice, grapefruit juice etc), and caffeine contain beverages as they may interfere with the effectiveness of the product. Increase your intake of fluids (water) while taking this product.
Modification for weight: Greater than 200 lbs; take two (2) servings and increase fluid intake. 150 lbs to 200 lbs; Take one (1) serving and fluid intake as noted above. Less than 150 lbs; four (4) capsules per serving and fluid intake as noted above.
