"Where else in the world are you going to get these high number of calories and protein at the same time from one supplement. Taste is above average. I do get an upset stomach though which is kind of understood with thees high number of calories. You definitely need a blender to mix this powder. Very hard to eat lunch or any other thing after taking this. Unless you are one of those who can just pile and throw anything in your stomach. It comes in a boxed packing with a plastic bag inside which can be hard to maintain/use. Despite all these sort of low beat comments. It does help you gain and grow."
