"This toothpaste is very effective in helping sensitive teeth but the taste is punishment!! It would be enjoyable to brush your teeth if it didn't taste so bad. Suggestion: Mix it with Jason Power Smile all natural toothpaste or put a few drops of Tom of Maine's mouthwash to drown out the taste. I should have known it wouldn't taste that great, it says on the label, salt toothpaste Which is why I gave it 4 stars."
