"Excellent Product; especially for those who have trouble with calcium absorption. If you drink coffee it tends to have an effect on way calcium is absorbed into your body. "Biggest thing I have notice is my gums are stronger. Could not eat almonds or anything hard on either side of my mouth prior to using this product. I now have no pain in my gums while eating almond. I am still waiting for my gums to hurt but, so far so good."

Shake well.

Adults and children over the age of 9, take 2 measuring tablespoons (1 oz) daily or 1 measuring tablespoon (1/2 oz) twice daily with meals. Do not exceed recommended daily serving.

May be taken directly or mixed in water or fruit juice. Wash dosage cup after each use. Product may be stored at room temperature or refrigerated. Best if used within 3 months after opening.
