Wisdom Natural Organic Yerba Mate Royale Loose Tea Naturally Sweet Directions

As a dietary supplement, bring water or milk to a simmer.  Do not boil.  Use one teaspoon per cup (adjust to preference).  Steep for three to five minutes.  Drink hot or iced and flavor with lemon, mint or other herbs.  You can also prepare Yerba Mate Royale in a french press, coffle maker, tea pot or tea ball.
