"The taste is great, but I do wish the manufacturer would specify the nutritional information, ie. the calories and the grams of carbohydrate. It may only be a half gram per serving, but if you're on a low carb diet, those half grams add up."

"I assume most people reading this are familiar with how handy and tasty the Wisdom Liquid Stevia flavors are, and if not, you can read the other reviews. All the flavors I've tried are pretty fabulous, but I wanted to write about this Chocolate flavor in particular because it has so many more uses than I expected. When I bought it, I was just hoping to be able to add some to milk to make fake hot chocolate. I never expected it to become one of my favorite flavors for cooking and other uses, but it has. It's surprising, but chocolate works very well in everything from coffee to pies. It adds a deep richness to foods without adding a distinctive chocolate-like flavor. When I've used some of the other flavors (like plain, vanilla, cinnamon, etc.) in my cooking, it's difficult not to get that stevia aftertaste (which I hate). For some reason, the chocolate doesn't do that. The flavor of this is subtle enough that you can't taste chocolate when you use it to sweeten things like, say, Cherry Pie, but it adds a deeper, richer, darker kind of flavor that just makes everything better. As for the hot chocolate concept, it's a bit too weak to make really convincing hot chocolate (without adding so much that you get the dreaded aftertaste) but it will make hot milk smell really chocolaty, which is pretty satisfying (still works as a comfort food). To make more convincing "hot chocolate", I add about 7-9 drops of this to a coffee mug full of hot milk, then add a pinch of salt and about half inch of canned evaporated milk. This isn't exactly like hot chocolate, but it works well enough for me (I avoid sugar and caffine). Anyway, I just wanted people to know that if you buy this, don't think you're just buying chocolate flavor. I own quite a few of these flavored stevias, but this chocolate one has become my staple for flavoring baking goods and drinks - it just tastes better than the rest when mixed with other flavors. :)"
