This product contains caffeine. The recommended dose of this product contains almost as much caffeine as two cups of coffee. Avoid additional consumption of caffeine or stimulants such as ephedra or Ma Huang, which may intensify adverse effects. Limit the use of caffeine-containing medications, foods, or beverages while taking this product, because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, or rapid heartbeat. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur, such as gastrointestinal discomfort, dehydration, nausea, confusion, blurred vision, sleeplessness, nervousness, tremors, shortness of breath, emotional upset, headache, frequent urination, ringing in the ears, fast or irregular heartbeat, changes in blood pressure, or dizziness.
