Directions
As a dietary supplement, take three (3) X-Tabs twice daily - morning on an empty stomach and 30 minutes prior to workout.
Store at controlled room temperature between 59 F and 86 F to maintain freshness. Do not refrigerate.
Warnings
Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing or if you are at risk or are being treated for high blood pressure, liver, thyroid, psychiatric disease or diabetes.
XNO INFO:
While taking XNO, drink at least 8 glasses of water on the days you don't train and 10 glasses of water on days you do train.
While taking XNO, don't let your carbohydrate intake fall below 40% of your total daily caloric intake.
Don't eat for at least 30 minutes before or after taking XNO.
Although XNO contains no stimulants of any kind, it may keep you awake if taken in the evening.
