As a dietary supplement, take one or two teaspoons twice a day between meals with your favorite drink. The mixture also can be used as a meal replacement, or as a sports drink enhancer. Additional one or two tablespoonfuls of soy protein powder will be helpful for extra protein, if needed, for athletes and active adults. Stir well and drink. For maximum results, take regularly.
