"This is really good stuff. It does work but like one reviewer said it does sting just a bit when you spray it. You get quite a tingle in your nose but it completely clears your sinuses. My husband and I both use it and only have to use one spray in each nostril. It keeps about 90 percent of the noise away."

"I have been using Y Snore for more than a year. The first time I used it, I used the recommended amount. This is the only bad experience I had. Start with a squirt or two and adjust as necessary. It helped a lot. A little later I added a wedge pillow. Snore problems are all but gone."
