"I just started using this product as a detox. I'm mixing a teaspoon of psyllium husk with one tablespoon of bentonite in one glass of purified water. I don't know yet how effective it will be, but the Yerba Buena literature indicates excellent detox properties. I emailed Yerba Buena with a few questions and they responded immediately and very professionally."

"no effect at all did nothing used with Husk as others said to do and I got zero results thought by using a liquid it would work. The best product i have tried and always works was Mikes Ultimate body cleanse and detox I'm
going back to that"
