Yerba Prima Great Plains® Bentonite Detox Directions
Adult Usage: Shake well before using. For daily use, take 1 tablespoon with liquid once or twice a day on an empty stomach. For short term use, take 1 tablespoonful every two hours. Drink additional fluid during the day.
