"Even if this tea was not "healthy" I would drink it for the great, spicy flavor. The detox benefits are a bonus. Most other detox teas taste like mud or medicine; this one is delicious."

"I bought this tea for myself in the past, then began buying the regular Detox (sans peach flavor) because I developed a taste for purely herbal (aka 'earthy' flavor) at some point for whatever reason, I don't know.
Later, my Mom requested a detox herbal and I knew she'd never stick with regular Detox by Yogi, but would probably love the Peach Detox. I was right!
How can one ever be sure that this "works" as advertised... that any detox item does so? I don't know... unless you enroll in a week-long supervised detox program, I'd say that these herbal tinctures probably do help, as a maintenance sort of thing. There are too many variables in our individual lives to say that this item or that one "did the job" effectively. Nonetheless, the tea is pleasing to the taste buds and can help you on your journey to staying healthy."
