"I decided to try this tea to help with my painful cramps that I have had more recently. When I start to have cramps, I take a cup of this tea, and it helps soothe the pain! Great for a natural way to soothe the pain. I've been drinking this tea during the week of menstruation, but I think it would be good to try the week before too. GREAT Flavor too!"
