"I have been using this yogurt starter for a while. I only use a fifth or a quarter of each packet every time I make a liter of yogurt and keep the rest in the fridge. It saves $$, and the thickness of the yogurt remains the same. I add some dry milk to a liter of UHT milk, and some sugar, as well as the starter, and tada... 10 hours later, I get 7 yogurts from my yogurt maker. Of course, they are a little more liquidy than when bought in store, but there is no additive to thicken it. Much more healthy!"

"The liquid yogurts on the market are sooo expensive. Decided to try kefir because it's the most powerful active Probiotics avail. I purchased this homemade package and was impressed how easy it was to make a "batch" of Kefir. I added some vanila syrup and it was better than what you can buy in the grocery store, not to mention the cost is fantastic! I'll be making more!"

"Love making my own yogurt. Make it in a glass container instead of the plastic when you buy it. Can make 1 qt. of organic yogurt for half the cost of readymade."
