Take 2 capsules 3 times daily. For increased fiber levels use up to 24 capsules per day (6 capsules, 4 times daily). Do not exceed 24 capsules/day. Do not use for more than 2 weeks continuously. Take this product with at least 12 oz of water or other liquid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Children under the age of 12 consult a health care professional before using.
Warnings
When taken without adequate fluid, this product may swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing or when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. If you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health care professional before using this product. May cause allergic reaction in people sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium. Not recommended for persons with hypertension or kidney insufficiencies.
