Directions
Place the Zerosmoke® magnets on your ear. There are two magnets, each a different size. Place the smaller magnet on the front of the ear and the larger behind the ear. Leave the magnets on your ear at least 3 hours, but no more than 4 hours a day. Whenever possible, use the magnets when you are calm, such as at home in the evenings. Do this for six to seven days. You can continue smoking during this time. On day seven, if you have not already done so, stop smoking. You will find it very easy to stop smoking because the magnets have already induced the production of endorphins that remove the craving to smoke. Continue using Zerosmoke® for the next 20 to 25 days, according to the instructions and advice given in the accompanying anual.
