Authentic Thai Taste
This authentic rice, grown only in Thailand is the start for most Thai meals. With the delicate flavor of jasmine, the fragrant aroma fills the kitchen. Its soft bite makes it perfect for a variety of dishes - salads, side dishes, curries, and stir-frys.
On the Stovetop
Bring 1 ¾ cups water to a boil in covered pot. (Optional: add 1 tbsp oil or butter and ½ tsp of salt).
Add 1 cup Jasmine Rice, Bring back to a boil. Stir and cover. Reduce heat to low, simmer for 15 minutes or until water is absorbed and rice is tender.
Remove from heat. Stir and re-cover. Let stand covered for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
Stir together 1 cup Jasmine Rice, 1¾ cups water, in a microwave-safe dish. (Optional: add 1 tbsp oil or butter and ½ tsp of salt).
Cover and microwave on high for 10 minutes. Uncover and stir.
Re-cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes, or until water is absorbed and rice is tender. let stand covered for 2 minutes. Enjoy!
*For creamier rice, replace half the water with coconut milk.
