A Vogel Molkosan Original Description
Molkosan® is made from fresh whey by a special lactofermentation (using Lactobacillus bacteria), concentration and pasteurisation process. Molkosan® is renowned for its many traditional uses.
Alfred Vogel was greatly impressed by this sharp, refreshing drink and wrote about it repeatedly throughout his life. Scarcely has another natural product been praised so often, and as far back as the time of Hippocrates, 400 BCD. Whey experienced a real renaissance in the 17th Century and its reputation grew in the 18th Century when it was popular with visitors to the health resort in Gais, Switzerland, which was even frequented by European royalty.
Molkosan® Drink: Add 1 teaspoonful (or 1 tablespoonful, if desired) to a glass of spring or mineral water for a refreshing drink.
Molkosan® Fruit Drink: Mash fresh fruit in a blender, add 1 tablespoon of Molkosan® and fill with spring water. The flavor of the fruit will be automatically enhanced.
Molkosan® Fruit Tea: Prepare a fruit tea of your choice with honey and Molkosan to your taste. Drink warm or iced. Makes a very refreshing drink that is especially pleasant after exercising. Refrigerate after opening.

Molkosan is a staple item in our household since many decades. I personally know Dr. Vogel, even designed the first package of the Milkosan as I lived in Switzerland.
Molkosan is a whey product and we use it for different reasons: instead of vinegar in salad dressings; dilluted with water for drinking; as disinfectant for minor cuts; sooth pain and swelling because of insect stings.
This statement is truthful, based on experience, I can not leave out the many helpful applications.
