Birthday Cake...need I say more?! Yummy! Love this stuff! March 22, 2013

Excellent product; not too sweet I wasn't sure what to expect when I tried this protein powder for the first time. but I thought it might have a taste similar to "birthday cake batter" ice creams and the like. Surprisingly, it was more mild, with a very faint hint of vanilla and not sweet at all. I think it would perfect for mixing into smoothies, oatmeal and the like. Blended very easily/completely, though it might be a little thin for those drinking it straight. July 4, 2012

Terrible Taste. I was so excited when I saw this 'birthday cake' flavor, usually when you see that on any product its wonderful! but the taste of this was absolutely TERRIBLE. Although it is one of the highest quality proteins out there (which is the best part about it of course and why I tried it!) but the taste is horrific. I hope the other flavors arnt as bad. Add one level scoop to 8 oz of water; nonfat milk, juice, or your favorite beverage. You can use more or less liquid to meet your desired taste and calorie needs. Shake well in a shaker until dissolved. Whey protein can be added to any food, including yogurt.
