I had been taking Ginseng PowerMax 4X, For about 6 weeks and then was out of it for about 2 weeks. After I resumed taking it I did notice a big increase in my daily energy Level. Thel label does suggest to take 2 capsules a day, I increased it to 3. I recommend this product to anyone that desires to have a more energy throughout the Day.

Excellent Ginseng Product
I have tried many different Ginseng products over the years (some were very expensive) and found this product with a combination of 4 different Ginsengs to be excellent. Two capsules on arising will give me energy throughout the day usually until late afternoon. Sometimes if I am particularly active I will take 1 more capsule about 3 or 4 o'clock. These do not make me jittery at all. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a high quality Ginseng at a reasonable price.

Great Ginseng
I have tried a few other Ginseng brands and products. This one has the potency claimed on the label and it really works. Awesome product!
