this product is root and leaf.the root extract only products are better but do cost 25% + more.

No good
I wouldn't waste my money on this again. This product did nothing for me. That said, I have tried other brands who sell Long Jack and I have yet to find one that has any effect.

good bang for buck
tongkat ali can be fairly expensive, especially for the 100:1 extract. This product is a great value for the money. I recommend taking 3 of these instead of 2, but at that dose you only need to take it once a day. Good libido and strength boost, once again Vitacost comes through with a solid product.
